Cheese-making Photos for Traditional Cheese Dairy
I photographed the cheese-making process, from fresh milk, to the aromatic slow maturing.
All the shots were taken with available light, capturing reflections on the milk and stainless steel to give sparkle. The images also look great converted to black and white to give dramatic reportage style photos.
It would be great to take shots of the milking at the farm too.
