    Some of these photos show the original, shabby city of OLD Dubai, home to the majority of the poor low-paid people, working in the NEW Dubai. The ultra-modern, metropolis down the road, everyone knows.

    Do any of those staying in 5 and even 7 star luxury hotels, have any conscience about those working outdoors in this heat? to build yet another white elephant?
