Hotel Photographs

The White Vine House hotel in Rye was built in 1560. Its new owners asked me to document their careful interiors restoration work and to photograph a selection of their amazing dishes to be served in the new restaurant.

    I took advantage of having the hotel staff on hand and took photos with blurry people and running water to give them more atmosphere.

    The original panelling in the lobby and dining room was a perfect background for a prop suitcase and carved hall chair.
