Website Design for Building CompanyAJ Hammond Builders' website was designed to spotlight the company's stunning building projects. The Bexhill-based building company produce a very wide range of styles from amazing modernist rooms, to flint-walled traditional buildings. So their website had to appeal to customers looking for both modern or traditional style building work at the same time. I used simple classic typography with wide expanses of space to combine the two extreme styles. Farrow and Ball inspired paint colours were used for the two tint bands that appear at the top and bottom of the website pages. A news blog gives Neil Hammond the chance to write more about their latest projects and behind the scene information. When funds allow for more photography, extra projects will be added to the website.
