Website Design for Bespoke Fitted Furniture CompanyTo promote their lovely range of kitchens, the partners at Made in Wood have opened a new showroom on London Road in Tunbridge Wells. The website needed to have extra navigation to include their new direction into bespoke bedrooms, studies and bathrooms, without loosing the already successful website design formula. My new solution was to keep to the same five column grid system of images at the bottom and to replace the whole of the top of the website with images for kitchens, bedrooms, studies and bathrooms. The kitchen category would then be two columns wide to emphasise their main market. The navigation stripe through the middle remains constant on all of the pages, using an alternating set of top and bottom images to act as a series of sub-menus. My own Tunbridge Wells master map was re-coloured in the blue tones of the website, the page was then finished with the addition of a photograph of the newly painted kitchen showroom exterior.
